At only 3 min. walking distance from the apartments there are 3 parking lots, one free outdoor parking and and two underground parkings lots for a fee. The street parking around the apartments is regulated by the OLA (using parking meters).

Free outdoor parking, with about 300 parking spaces, about 3 minutes walk from the apartments, is located at the entrance of the famous Bº Pesquero de Santander, one of the best areas to eat one of the best fresh fish in the city.

Just 3 minutes walk from the apartments is the Machichaco Parking, opposite the ferry station next to the promenade.
